IS IT SAFE FOR ALL AGES?

No. My FDA approved, vegan, skin safe products are recommended for ages 2+. Application for those younger is at the discretion of the parent, but is always advised against. If you have sensitive skin and not sure about the paint, please ask to have it tested on your arm or hand. If you have any allergies or just want the ingredients list of my paints and products, send me an email. For Balloons, please monitor small children as a popped balloon is a choking hazard.

CAN I BOOK YOU FOR MY "BIG KIDS" PARTY?

Fun is for all ages, so don't miss out on a good time! We do milestone birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, 21+ pool parties, NYE parties, weddings, etc.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

Our busiest season is October, so you should book at least a month or two in advance to secure the best time for you. For the rest of the year, as soon as you have a date in mind, that's when you should book. Some weekends are more popular than others, so just asking about a date in advance will put you that much closer to having THE MOST MAGICAL AND FUN PARTY EVER.

HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?

Temporary tattoos can last 5-7 days when taken care of. Removal is best with baby oil. You can remove with rubbing alcohol, but I wouldn't suggest it since that can be drying for the skin. Face paint will wash right off with water, or intense sweating, and is subject to smudge with rubbing. If there is any color staining after removal, massage skin with baby oil or coconut oil then wipe. Waterproof face painting will last up to 2 days with some cracking on the second day. Suggested removal is a liquid dish soap lather, then a water rinse, repeating as necessary.

ISN'T GLITTER DANGEROUS?

Yes, craft glitter is. Don't worry, we only use cosmetic grade glitters made just for face and body painting. If it gets in your eye, it will not cut your eye like craft glitter would, but irritate them. Worried about microplastics ruining our ecosystem? We suggest wiping the glitter off with a wet wipe and throwing it away - no glitter going down the drain! We also offer biodegradable glitter options. 

DOES IT GLOW UNDER A BLACK LIGHT?

Yes, some of our products glow under a black light. Please make sure to request this feature in your booking so we bring the right materials. This is not to be confused with glow in the dark products.

WHAT DO YOU BRING?

If you can provide a table and a 4x4 space protected from the elements, it'd be appreciated! Otherwise, we bring it all! Table, chair, awesome materials, and incredible artists. For LIVE body painting, I can also provide the models and costume accesories.

HOW MANY CAN YOU DO IN AN HOUR?

It depends on what is being requested, but most things take 2-5 minutes. Designs per hour based on Service Type: Balloon Twisting = 12, Face Painting = 12, Glitter Tattoos = 20, Airbrush Tattoos = 20, Caricatures = 12, Airbrush Hats = 12. Private parties are meant to have all the bells and whistles! For high volume events, we can offer a simple design board with limited options which could add another +6 designs per hour. This is suited for school events or free-to-the-public events.

CAN YOU FIT MY THEME?

Yes! Our designs can be curated to your theme, like a custom stencil or design board. 

CAN YOU DO A 100+ ATTENDEES EVENT?

Yes! With a little help from my faerie friends, of course. We can book several artists to dazzle and delight everyone. We do offer a discount when booking multiple artists. Or we can discuss fast entertainment options if you're on a limited budget. 

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?

That's okay! We do require payment in full upon booking, but can refund 50% for loss of services if cancelled no less than 48hrs before the event. We can also apply 50% to a new date depending on the availability. 

WHY DO I NEED A BACKUP LOCATION?

Texas weather changes ALL THE TIME and doesn't care about our party plans. I want to make sure you get the amazing party you're dreaming of. Having a back up will save you the heartbreak and $$ you invested. It'll also ensure my kit won't be damaged in inclement weather. Extreme heat and cold affect my supplies and well-being!

CAN YOU DO OUR POOL PARTY?

Of course! Please let us know if you plan on hosting the party where there is a water feature. We offer waterproof options like: airbrush tattoos, glitter tattoos and waterproof face painting. They're easily removed with coconut oil, baby oil, ANY oil, or micellar water.

CAN YOU DO A EMC/DMC EVENT?

Definitely! We love to work with an event management company or a destination management company. We're all about teamwork and being part of a fantastical vision. Our team is professional, dependable, and knows how to follow chain-of-command. 

DO YOU TRAVEL?

International and national! These fairies have earned their wings. Flights, hotels, and mileage for out of the Austin city limits applies. 

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes, and we're happy to provide a COI and/or Waiver of Subrogation for your event or company. We're registered with the COA as a vendor and can add venues as additional insured. 

WILL YOU SIGN UP WITH OUR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SYSTEM?

Yes, we can provide a W9 and fill out any necessary form to get setup in your vendor system. If there is a cost associated with the platform your company uses, we will have to bill you for it. Pro tip: ask accounting if they can make a check request to avoid NET30 or use your corporate card to avoid using the AP system (no invoice, only receipt!)

HOW DO I REMOVE IT?

Coconut oil is my favorite makeup remover when it comes to waterproof paints and tattoos. It's great for any leftover color staining and gentle on the skin. Soap and water will work for regular face painting. 

DO YOU DRESS UP?

We do! We love to wear sparkly and festive outfits. If you prefer we come in corporate black, please let us know! Otherwise here's some other costume requests we can accommodate if asked: Christmas Elf, Fairy, Clown, Mermaid (no tail), Sugar Skull, or Pirate.

WILL YOU VOLUNTEER YOUR SERVICES FOR OUR EVENT?

No, we are not currently accepting any volunteer or trade events. We highly encourage your event to get sponsors to cover our entertainment services. If you want to sell tickets for our services, we can work with that! We will still be paid our hourly rate by your organization and your org would be in charge of all tickets and payment handling with guests, ie. a ticket manager at our station.
