Who do I include in my guest count? Kids Bday Parties

Honestly, don't stress too much. For kid's birthday parties, you want to count the invited kids.

There's a few instances where I would estimate more.

1. When you're inviting a whole class. I've done events where the whole class was invited and sure enough there were a few siblings that tagged along. What was a class of 20 turned into a 25 count.

2. You have fun adult friends. By the end of the party (1.5-2hr mark), all the guests have seen how talented your hired party entertainer is and if they like a little whimsy, they're going to get in on the fun! If you can factor in another 30mins for your kid at heart guests, this will be a memory your friends will treasure.

RSVPs are helpful, but we know not everyone does it. If not as many as anticipated show up, that means your party entertainer can offer more detailed services or let guests do multiple! Extra balloons, face paints, tattoos, etc!

The truth is, our schedule might not allow for additional time to be added at your party and we just want to make sure we do y'all up right before we leave <3
